MAMPC operates under the Mind Power Educational Society, which has extensive experience in the field of placement consultancy. The Training & Placement Cell (TPC) benefits from this expertise, with additional support from the Placement Assistance Team (PAT) of the society. Both TPC and PAT are led by highly experienced and qualified professionals from corporate and industry backgrounds, serving as Training & Placement Officers (TPOs). This strong foundation ensures that students receive top-tier guidance in their placement journey.
Anti-Ragging Committee
At M.A.M. Polytechnic College, the Anti-Ragging Committee is committed to curbing the menace of ragging and ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, particularly freshers. Ragging in any form—be it noisy, disorderly behavior, teasing, physical or psychological harm, or any action that causes embarrassment or undue hardship—is strictly prohibited on campus.
Acts of ragging, which may involve forcing students to perform actions against their will or engaging in behavior that causes fear, shame, or danger to an individual's life, will not be tolerated. Such activities go against the core values of discipline, respect, and safety upheld by the institution.
The Anti-Ragging Committee remains vigilant and approachable. Students who feel threatened or uncomfortable can reach out to the following officers of the college for assistance at any time: M.A.M. Polytechnic College maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging, and strict disciplinary actions will be taken against those found engaging in such behavior. Women Empowerment Club

Entrepreneurship Development Cell
The *Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC)* at M.A.M. Polytechnic College, Trichy, is committed to fostering innovative thinking and entrepreneurial skills among students.
